Judith Mattern Hearn focuses primary on both criminal law and family law. These separate, but often related areas hinge on the rights of either individuals or children. Family law deals with emotion and the law can be more subjective. In criminal law, strong emotions are also involved, but the law is much more objective. Problems within families sometimes escalate to criminal situations and vice-versa, so Judith believes it is vital to be well-versed in each area of the law to provide the best possible defense for her clients.
